Refunds policy:
Unless damaged or incorrect, any item purchased from us and delivered to the UK can be returned within 14 days as long as it arrives at Yeates Antiques Ltd in it’s original, undamaged condition.
Cost of items will be refunded only, not postage & packaging associated with it’s purchase. Returning items will be at the customer’s expense.
We do not accept international returns, but in the case of damage or incorrect item sent please contact us in writing at yeatesantiques@gmail.com
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer warranties.
Shipping policy:
All items must be paid for in full before dispatch.
Items will be shipped within 3 working days of ordering and will be sent using the most appropriate shipping method. The buyer will be advised of the method and any tracking details.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at point of order and include name, address, telephone number and email. Please use a secure shipping address.
Shipping to UK destinations (excluding Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland) will be free. For destinations in the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland please contact us prior to order.
The cost of international shipping will require a quote. Please contact us by email yeatesantiques@gmail.com to request one. International customers will be responsible for all taxes and duties for orders as they will be added on receipt in the destination country.
